This social studies course focuses on World War I and World War II, with an emphasis on the Russian Revolution. The trimester will begin with a brief review of Europe in the early 20th century. We will then study World War I and the Russian Revolution, the years between the wars, and the last half of the trimester will be devoted to studying World War II.

Chelsea Needs: I'm Ms. Needs, a student teacher working with Ms. Voodre, a social studies teacher who has been working at Gladstone High School for 4 years. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences and am working toward a M.Ed. at Portland State University.
